DENSIMATIC是在加工各宗梭织物、针织物时，通过电脑控制，自动检测纬纱的倾斜角度及方向，并进行自动矫正的设备。
Outline
DENSIMATIC is designed to treat woven and knitted fabrics of various types.
It detects the direction and angle of weft distortions and rectiffes the weft distortions automatically with computer cntrols.

[V]型检测器在复杂的梭织、针织物上更能体现其检测及矫正功能的优越。完全由电脑控制，操作使用简单。
With improved detectiing accuracy,DENSIMATIC can show better recifying ability then the conventional types.By storing the detected details of the fabric in the memory,it can provide a complite detecting job even when some parts of the fabric cannot be spotted clearly,the detector of V-type is suited especially fot the detection and rectiffcation of conplicted woven and knitted constrctions.
The computercontrolling the whole system procides an easy and simple drive operation.

Detecting seation
复杂梭织、针织物用双模式[V]型、平织物用[S]型共3种检测器。
一般，一台机器有4个检测器(MV有3个)，根据布料门幅，可安装2个或6个。
根据布料门幅的改变，可自动选择检测器的使用个数。
Two type of detectors, the dual-mode detectro V-type fot conplicated woven and knitted constructions , and the slit detetor S-type and F-type for plain woven ones,are mounted for regular operation.
Four detectors (three for the MV-type) are mouted for regular operation.
Two of six detectors can be mounted for narrower of wider fabrics.
The system can be switched auomatically between the two-points and six-points detection according to the width of fabrics.

Control and Display Section
自动操作、手动操作皆可。
自动操作，即自动检测出加工速度，根据布料纬斜角度、方向，通过电脑PID控制，自动进行最合适的纬斜形和弧形纬斜矫正。
纬斜状态在TFT液晶屏或者LE显示屏上显示出来。
The system can be controlled with the automatic and the manual moudes independently.
In the automatic mode,the computer calculates and controls the optimum skew correction and bow correction.Calculated from the detected working velocity and the direction and angle of weft distrorions
Details of deteceted wefi distortions are displayer on the TFT liguid crystal screen,or with the LED.
矫正部
Rectfication
由矫斜辊、矫湾辊、导布辊、定心辊构成，根据控制盘的输出信号，驱动伺服电机进行斜行和弧形纬斜的矫正。并且能够根据布料的速度按照一定的比例驱动矫湾辊，从而控制张力。
The system has types of ectification roll,the skew correction roll,the bow correction roll,the guide roll and the centering roll.
The system can perform the skew and bow corretion,driviing the servo motor with the signals form the contorl panel.
By drving the bow roll proportionally with the velocity of fabrics, it can also perform the tension contorl.
